Where will the aid stations be and what will they offer?- On the bike course, aid stations will be located every 8-11 miles and will offer Ironman Perform, water and ice.
On the run course, there will be 12 full aid stations and 1 water only aid station. The full aid stations will offer Ironman Perform, cola, PowerBars, PowerBarGels, water, ice and sponges.
Aid stations will also be located at the swim start, swim-to-bike and bike-to-run transition areas and the finish line.
When will registration close?- Registration reached capacity and has closed.
How do I find out if there are entries still available and if so, how do I sign up?- Go to the ENTRY link on the site and if the entry page says the race is still open, there will be a link to the sign up form.

How do I withdraw and request a refund?- Send a withdrawal notification to hawaii70.3@ironman.com. Only withdrawals by April 15th will receive a partial refund of $75. No refunds will be granted after April 15th. No exceptions.
Which Age group will I race in on race day?- Your age on December 31st will be the age you compete at on race day.
When is Packet Pick up?- Thursday, June 2nd, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday, June 3rd, 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
When and where is the mandatory athlete meeting?- Friday, June 3rd, 3:00 p.m. in Salons I & II at The Fairmont Orchid Hawaii hotel.
When and where is bike and helmet check in?- Hapuna Beach State Park, Friday 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
I am competing for a State of Hawaii or Big Island Resident Ironman Slot - when is my residency information due?- No later than April 1st, 4 p.m. No exceptions.
Are disc wheels allowed?
What airport do I fly into?- Kona International Airport (KOA).
