• Bike to Run Gear Check-In – Ballroom at Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows

12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.

• LifeSport Open Water Swim Technique Clinic - Hapuna Beach State Park

1:00 pm to 5:30 p.m.

• Mandatory Bike and Helmet Check-in - Hapuna Beach State Park
  Overnight security is provided in the bike compound. You have the option of covering your bike computer or removing it. Full bike covers are NOT permitted. You will have access to your bike at 5:00 a.m. on race morning.  

3:00 p.m.

• Mandatory Athlete Pre-Race Meeting – Hale Hoaloha Pavilion at Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows.

4:00 p.m. (Immediately following the Athlete Meeting)

• LifeSport – Last Minute Racing Tips Clinic - Hale Hoaloha Pavilion at Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows.

Parking:   “70.3 Hawaii” parking and shuttle available.  
(Do not park in undesignated areas, grass shoulders, etc.)

• Swim to Bike Gear Check-In at Hapuna Beach State Park.

5:00 a.m. to 6:45 a.m.

• Swim check-in/body marking at Hapuna Beach State Park

7:00 a.m.

• RACE START

3:30 p.m.

• RACE CUT-OFF

4:00 p.m.

• Awards Banquet – Hale Hoaloha Pavilion at Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows

BIKE & GEAR PICK-UP
When you complete the race, pick up your gear and bike at the transition area beginning at 12:30 p.m. and no later than 6:30 p.m.!

Your athlete band or Bike Check-Out Ticket is required for bike pick-up.
